ALVAREZ DE TOLEDO PEDRO: (1546-1627) Marquis of Villafranca del Bierzo. A Grandee of Spain. Governor of the Duchy of Milan. Rare A.L.S., `Don Pedro de Toledo´´, one page, 4to, 28th October 1614, to Alfonso Piozasco, in Italian. Untranslated. Alvarez de Toledo refers to his correspondent´s indisposition and to his liberation `..sopra la sua liberation..´ With half address leaf, bearing a paper seal affixed. With tears to the edges, and some contemporary tears as a result of the pandemic period, with few small holes not affecting the signature. F
