CINEMA: A very fine small selection of three signed and inscribed 8 x 10 photographs by various film actors and actresses, all of them inscribed to well-known French autograph collector Pierre Gouillard, comprising Joan Bennett in a scene of Jean Renoir´s film noir The Woman on the Beach (1947), Jean-Pierre Aumont in a scene of The Seventh Sin (1957) alongside Eleanor Parker, and Bradford Dillman in a scene of Zanuck´s film Compulsion (1959). All are boldly signed, most to light areas of the images. VG, 3
Provenance: The present photographs originate from the collection of Pierre Goulliard, a French gentleman who, for over 50 years, dedicated himself to obtaining in person autographs of British, American and European movie stars, always obtaining the signatures in fountain pen ink.
