The attractive partially printed document, bearing to the heading a crowned large eagle above the printed text “Wilhelm, King of Prussia”, is an appointment awarded to Wilhelm Holtze. Signed by the Kaiser in dark fountain pen ink at the conclusion alongside a large blind embossed attractive seal. Countersigned at the base. With blank integral leaf.
