WORLD WAR II: An American First Day Cover issued to commemorate John Dickinson and the Drafting of the Articles of Confederation, post marked at York, Pennsylvania, 30th September 1977, individually signed by Artur Axmann (1913-1996) German Nazi national leader of the Hitler Youth 1940-45, Wilhelm Mohnke (1911-2001) German SS-Brigadefuhrer and Generalmajor of World War II, Knight's Cross winner, and commander of a regiment in the SS Division Hitlerjugend in 1943, and Otto Kumm (1909-2004) German SS-Brigadefuhrer and Generalmajor of World War II, Knight's Cross winner with Oak Leaves and Swords who was appointed division commander of the SS Division Leinstandarte in February 1945 after Mohnke was wounded. Signed by all three in bold black or blue inks with their names alone to clear areas of the cover. VG
