Ink signature, with rank etc. alongside and beneath, on an oblong 12mo piece evidently neatly clipped from an official document and with a circular purple stamp to the left edge. Lightly mounted to the base of an A4 sheet of paper featuring a reproduction image of Hofmann in a head and shoulders pose wearing his uniform. VG
