ARCHER ANNE: (1947- ) American actress, an Academy award nominee. Signed colour 10.5 x 8.5 French edition Front-of-House still depicting Archer, in costume as Beth Rogerson Gallagher, seated in a half-length pose speaking on the telephone in a scene from the American erotic psychological thriller film Fatal Attraction (1987). Signed in bold black ink with her name alone to a clear area at the centre of the image. An ink note in the hand of a collector to the verso indicates that the signature was obtained in person at the Place Vendome, Paris, on 18th January 1998. It was for her performance in this film that Archer received a Best Supporting Actress Oscar nomination. A few light surface and corner creases, otherwise about VG
