BRITISH ACTORS: Albert Finney (1936-2019) English actor, an Academy Award nominee. Signed 8 x 10 photograph of Finney in a half-length pose in costume as Geoffrey Firmin in a scene from the American drama film Under the Volcano (1984). Signed by Finney, with a slightly hurried example of his signature, in black ink to a clear area of the background. It was for his performance in this film that Finney received one of his five Oscar nominations; John Hurt (1940-2017) English actor, an Academy Award nominee. Signed 10 x 8 photograph of Hurt in a head and shoulders pose in costume as Max alongside Brad Davis (Billy Hayes) in a scene from the prison drama film Midnight Express (1978). Signed by Hurt in silver ink with his name alone to the image. It was for his performance in this film that Hurt received a Best Supporting Actor Oscar nomination. VG to EX, 2
