A good A.L.S., `P[rince]. O[rloff]´, four pages, 4to, Brussels, 19th February 1865, with embossed crowned monogramme with his initials to the upper left corner, in French. Prince Orloff writes a draft letter, with bold and large writing, to be addressed to His Majesty, stating in part `According to the recent literary convention held between Russia and France, no translation can be published without the previous consent of the author.
