JECKELN FRIEDRICH: (1895-1946) German Nazi SS Commander. Police leader in the occupied Soviet Union. Jeckeln commanded one of the largest Einsatzgruppen ''Death Squads'', and was responsible for ordering the deaths of over 100.000 ''Undesirables'' designated by the Nazis. After the end of WWII, Jeckeln was convicted of war crimes by a Soviet military tribunal and executed in 1946. Signed clipped 12mo piece `Ein vorbildlichen fuhrer, Jeckeln, SS. - Gruppenfuhrer´, (''An exemplary fuhrer, Jeckeln, SS. - Gruppenfuhrer), bearing a binder hole not affecting the text or signature. Neatly affixed to the lower white border of an 8 x 10 printed photograph of Jeckeln. VG
