THOMAS DYLAN: (1914-1953) Welsh Poet. Rare A.L.S., Dylan Thomas, one page, postcard, Markham Square, London, 5th March 1946, to Miss M. E. Barber, Secretary of the Society of Authors in London. Thomas accepts the invitation received from his correspondent and states `Thank you for your letter. I´ll be delighted to serve on the Selection Committee to help choose the poems and the people to read them. Any date early in March - except the 11th - will be quite convenient.´ Thomas further provides in a postscript his new address in Oxford from 11th March. Stamped and postmarked to the reverse of the card. Very small overall age wear. VG £800-1200
