June, n.y., to Dr. Morigi, in Italian. Scarpa writes to his colleague and states in part `I am writing to you the present letter in order to notify to you that two hours ago your sons have passed the exams of medicine
´ further saying `I did not want to wait longer before reporting to you about this important new because as I understand, and reason establishes, it will be a great pleasure for you to receive this note.´ To the verso bearing the correspondent´s name in Scarpa´s hand and remnants of a former red wax seal.
