GRANADOS ENRIQUE: (1867-1916) Spanish Pianist & Composer. Rare original autograph musical manuscript, unsigned, one page, oblong folio (manuscript paper), n.p., n.d. The manuscript, in the hand of Granados, is entitled Tempo De Vals, the waltz being an F Major piano piece of 46 bars on two staves. The composer has added some dynamics (`dim., rall. Cadencioso´) at various points in the piece. Accompanied by a typed letter of authentication by Dr. Antoni Carreras, the son-in-law of Granados, one page, oblong 8vo, Barcelona, 23rd January 1973, to Professor Anton Dermota, in Spanish, stating that the manuscript entitled Tempo De Vals, marked in red with the number 97 and the file number C-I9-I4, is an original piece in the hand of Granados and originated from the musical archive of Enrique Granados Campina. Some overall age wear, neat splitting at the folds and several light tape stains, just affecting the music (although still legible). FR to G £1500-2000
