ROOSEVELT THEODORE: (1858-1919) American President 1901-09. An excellent signed and inscribed 6 x 8 photograph, the C.M. Bell Photographic Co. image from Washington showing Roosevelt in a head and shoulders pose. Signed ('Theodore Roosevelt') as President, in bold dark fountain pen ink to the matted lower border. The inscription in Roosevelt´s hand is in French and states `To A.R. packer worker, souvenir from the President of the United States´. Also dated 6th November 1905 in the President´s hand. Attractively matted in light grey. VG
