CAMUS ALBERT: (1913-1960) French Author and Philosopher. Nobel Prize winner in Literature, 1957. A good A.L.S., `Albert Camus´, two pages, to an oblong 8vo card, Paris, 6th November 1959, on his personal printed stationery, to Monsieur Slobodan, in French. Camus asks his correspondent for an appointment and states in part `Can you come to see me on Tuesday 10th November at 15 hours or 18h45 at the Gallimard Editions
´, further adding the Parisian address of the Editors and forwarding a telephone number where to reach him. Accompanied by the original envelope postmarked, with area of paper loss to the envelope. VG
