The typed document comprises the minutes of an organisational meeting of the board of directors of Solar Productions Inc. following a meeting in Los Angeles on 8th November 1966 at which an election of officers took place resulting in the unanimous election of McQueen as President, his wife Neile Adams McQueen as Vice President and Robert Schiller as Secretary and Treasurer, and further detailing a resolution that was unanimously adopted following a discussion by the board of the business of the corporation. Boldly signed by McQueen at the conclusion in his capacity as chairman of the meeting and countersigned by Schiller in his capacity as secretary.
