CLEESE JOHN: (1939- ) English Actor. Co-founder of the comedy troupe Monty Python, best known for his comedy roles such as Life of Brian (1979). A good signed 5 x 7 photograph, the image depicting Cleese seated, in costume as Basil Fawlty, main role of the acclaimed television series Fawlty Towers. Signed in bold black ink to a clear area of the image. Accompanied by a 12mo T.L.S., with his initials, J.C., stating `I´m afraid this is about as "straight" as I can find´. VG, 2
