The typed document is a Waiver of Notice and Consent to holding of special meeting of the board of directors of Solar Productions Inc. and waives notice of a meeting at 27 Oakmont Drive, Los Angeles, California, on the 1st September 1966 'for the purpose of authorizing the corporation to enter into an agreement with Warner Bros. Pictures Inc., involving the production, financing and distribution of six motion pictures' and further consenting and agreeing 'that any business transacted at said special meeting shall be valid and legal and of the same force and effect as though said meeting were held after notice duly given'.
