A VERY RARE GERMAN WW2 OSTMINISTERIUM GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS VISOR CAP with silver piping, makers label to the interior for Robert Ludstein, Berlin. N.O.55. - the cap belonged to the Reich Ministry for the occupied Eastern Territories which was set up by Hitler in 1941 to control the vast areas captured and projected for capture, it was headed by the Nazi theoretical expert, the Baltic German Alfred Rosenberg.
