A FRENCH MANTEL CLOCK WITH A BRONZE FIGURE OF A SEATED ARAB
A large ormolu mantel clock with a cast-bronze figure depicting seated Aram on a horseback. The bedouin is modeled resting with his miquelet rifle behind his back. The clock stand has three gilt-bronze elephant-shaped leggs.
France, ca. 1840.
