A NAZI GERMAN WW2 KRIEGSMARINE BLOCKADE RUNNER BADGE
A Nazi German WW2 Kriegsmarine Blockade Runner badge in tombac featuring a ship with a large silvered German eagle grasping a swastika on its bow. Around the circumference of the badge is a chain, through which the ship is cutting. The badge was designed by Otto Placzeck in Berlin. Manufactured by Schwerin, Berlin. Marked on verso. Complete with a vertical tapered pin back with an integral hinge. Worn on the left breast pocket of the uniform.
