Apulian red-figure epichysis of the Menzies Group. 330 - 320 BC. Height 15,7cm, ø 9,2cm. Spouted jug with corpus in form of a pyxis. Beside the handle two appliques in form of women heads. On the shoulder Eros lying with offering bowl and adorned with jewellery. On the corpus an engraved tendril with white ivy leaves. With certificate of Galerie Günter Puhze, Freiburg, Germany! Tiny chipping at the stand, otherwise intact and in perfect condition.
