CONCENTRATION CAMP PACKAGE RECEIPT
Rare mailing receipt for a package sent to a prisoner at the Mauthausen subcamp Gusen. The receipt identifies the sender as Johann Atilz from Krenau (Chrzanow), Poland, and the recipient of the package as Polish protective prisoner Zbigniew Kozlowski, inmate number 47669, born 28.5.1911 imprisoned at the concentration camp Gusen, a subcamp of Mauthausen Concentration camp in Austria, Block 12, barrack room B. The receipt is 4 x 5.75 inches, and marked 'NS-Dr[uck] Brs[lau] 10.42.'
