Supplement to the "Livro Azul" which contains the transcription of several important documents related to the Patuleia Insurrection, an armed struggle between 'Setembristas' and 'Cartistas', which ended after the intervention of England, France and Spain. This volume has documents not mentioned in the "Livro Azul" about important facts between October 6, 1846 until May 30, 1847; imprisonment of the Conde das Antes expedition and what happened in this respect with the representatives of the signatory Governments; correspondence between Visconde de Sá da Bandeira and allies until the dissolution of the forces under his command; entry of the Spaniards into Portugal, blockade of Porto and more important events up to the Gramito convention; notable successes occurred, after the conclusion of the struggle, in Portugal, in the Azores Islands, Madeira and the Kingdom of Angola.
