Willie Watt Milne (1865- 1949) Oil on canvas, signed lower left, measures (13 x 15) and (21 x 22) inches w/ frame. Artist was a renowned Scottish landscape painter, who painted primarily in the area of the Great Ouse around Holywell including the villages of Hemingford Abbots, Hemingford Grey, Houghton and Wyton (now joined) and the town of St Ives.
