Steel blade, slightly curved, single-edged (the combat end is double-edged), with a shallow wide fuller three-quarters of the length of the blade. At the base on the front side of the blade, a stamp with the inscription Carl Eickhorn, as well as an image of a Squirrel. The hilt of the saber consists of a handle and a brass guard. The handle is black plastic. The back of the handle is covered with a curved brass bar with oval protrusions, the back is decorated with a plant ornament. The crosspiece's handle is intercepted by a brass sleeve decorated with images of leaves and acorns. The front shield depicts the coat of arms of the Third Reich, an Eagle with open wings looking to the right, holding a wreath with a swastika in its claws.
