A Rare Dutch, Walloon sword, in good condition, first half of the 17th century. - Item details Description A Rare Dutch, Walloon sword, in good condition, first half of the 17th century. Straight steel blade with short one fuller on each side. Engraving on the blade on both sides, numbers 1414, running wolf - Passau or Solingen mark and swordsmiths mark. Iron hilt with two, big valves, pierced with round holes, parry quillon curved toward the blade, a thumb-ring at the back. Smooth guard. Spherical pommel. Wooden grip with iron wire binding..
