Part of the state flag of the Russian Empire, Early 20th century. - Item details Description Part of the state flag of the Russian Empire, secretly taken from the Bolsheviks after the 1917 revolution by the driver Prince Stadnitsky. The flag was in the family estate of the princes Stadnitsky on the territory of Ukraine. In France, part of this flag was given to the famous French artist Henry Martin. In the glass frame there is a fragment of the flag, a typewritten letter from Henry Martin describing the history of the flag in French, several postcards and photographs. Condition Good condition
