Most yellow diamonds are found in Africa, including Angola, Central Africa, Congo, and Sierra Leone. Others have been found in Brazil, Australia, and Borneo.

  • Most rings can safely be sized within 2 sizes (up or down) of the stated size.
  • The first yellow diamond was discovered in 1867, and after 100 years of being passed around, was bought by DeBeers, in 1967.
  • Natural yellow color diamonds are extremely rare, because only one out of nearly 10,000 carats mined are a natural fancy color diamond.
