A superbly presented signed display relating to the first major charity music concert to raise funds for good causes, in this case for refugees of the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War. The concert, organised by George Harrison, brought together numerous major musicians of the time for two concerts that were both held in New York in August 1971. It was the first time Harrison and Ringo Starr had played together on a concert stage since the Beatles retired from live performances in 1966 and was also Bob Dylan's first major concert appearance in the US for five years. Mounted to the top of the display is an outer box of the live triple album that was released a few months later which has been signed 'love from George Harrison' (with his trademark 'Om' symbol below), 'Love, Ringo Starr', 'Best wishes Bob Dylan' and with his name alone by Eric Clapton. Below this has been mounted side one of the vinyl record from the album, and between both there is a plaque confirming the signatories. Framed and glazed to an overall 37"x22".
