An 18th Century Illustrated Prayer Book: The Book Of Common Prayer and Administration of the Sacraments and Other Rites and Ceremonies of the Church According to the use of the Church of England: Together with the Psalter or Psalms of David, printed in Cambridge by Joseph Bentham in 1766 and sold by John Beecroft at the Bible and Crown in Pater Noster Row, approx 10cm x 17cm. Originally a nicely bound book in leather with raised bands and gilt page edges all round however this book does show signs of age / wear (see photographs) and has some hand written notes by previous owner(s) otherwise this nicely illustrated book is in a good / fair condition. nice book, retails in better condition for £180/ 200ish.
