Please refer to our Shipping & Export Information page for further details. -- This limited edition woodcut print by Lynita Shimizu is created using the Japanese technique of Moku Hanga (wood print).The composition features a stylized, graphic landscape of the mountain Monadnock, rendered with a refined, layered application of pigment on handmade paper. Shimizu studied mokuhanga in Kyoto with the late master Tomikichiro Tokuriki and in Tokyo with Yoshisuke Funasaka, which informs the technical precision and contemporary aesthetic of her work.
