Letter from Rabbi Eliyahu Reich, dayan of Tirna and author of Mas’at Binyamin
Rabbi Eliyahu Reich (1870-1945) was the son of Rabbi Binyamin Ze’ev and studied under Rabbi Yehuda Greenwald, the Av Beis Din of Satmar. In 1904 he was appointed dayan and preacher in Tirna. He was murdered by the Nazis in 1945.
A long, handwritten and signed letter of recommendation. Slight erasure marks in the margins.
