A very unique Emissary Letter letter [Ksav Shadarut] appealing for the Talmidim of the Holy GR"A in Yerushalayim, signed by the great Rabbi Noson Nota b"r Menachem Mendel of Shklov, Month of Av 1829.
The donors are granted to have their names remembered for blessing at Kever Rachel, the Kivrei Neviim and the Sanhedrin.
Rabbi Nosson Nota was the son of Rabbi Menachem Mendel of Shklow, who was the prominent student of the GR"A. Rabbi Nosson Nota succeeded his father as leader of the community of GR"A's disciples in Jerusalem.
