Third Intermediate Period, Ca. 1075 - 656 BC.A cast bronze falcon head inlaid with gold, one of the most recognisable symbols of ancient Egypt. The head is characteristically avian, with its short beak, piercing eyes, and furrowed brows. The statuette is embellished with front and back decoration of the Nemes, made with gold leaf.
