A color lithograph depicting a portrait of Bill Clinton, the 42nd President of the US from 1993 to 2001. Signed by the artist in the lower left and right. Numbered 188 out of 950 in the lower right. The print is framed together with two silver Inauguration coins and a stamped envelope, all three issued January 20, 1993. Dark blue mat, wooden frame.
