Frame, Spain 17th century
Frame in carved wood, gilded and polychromed in different tones. It has eight cards, the six corresponding to its longest sides, separated by a small decorative flower, four in total, and the spaces between the cards, which are polychromed imitating marble, are 12. There are 12 spaces between the cards that are polychromed imitating marble. Originally and due to its size, it must have been a frame to house landscape, marine or mythological paintings.
