Sad Love Story
Curious fan made in Spain around 1900 where a love story with a failed end is narrated. Two men in clown costumes compete for the love of a woman leaning out of a window. The one in white clothing climbs up a rope ladder to his beloved, and after talking to her, he falls shockingly into the void when the second suitor cuts the rope that holds the ladder: Sad love story. Smooth bone rod with gouache paint.
